1. Tell us who to call or text.

Log in to CivicInteractive.com and set up your group or groups. For example if you are a Scout Group, you may have one list for Leaders and one for Scouts. Use or easy to use interface or email us your list in Excel or Text format and we can set you up for free.

2. Create your message.

Log in to CivicInteractive.com and create your text message directly on our website or record a voice message by calling our toll-free number. Messages can either be sent immediately or scheduled for some time in the future. Not by a computer? Send calls and text messages directly from your phone!

3. Relax. Your message is on its way.

We'll send your text and voice messages to everyone on your list. If a number is busy or not answered, we will try a few more times. If someone replies to your text or voice message, we will save it for you to read later. We provide easy to understand reports, so you can monitor and track your messages as they are sent.
